Teh & Associates is delighted to announce the creation of forums for our clients, students, and others.
Two different types of forums have been created:
- Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation Forums—for staff of client organizations; and
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Certification Forums—for CPHQ candidates.
JCI Accreditation Forums
Our JCI Accreditation Forums are designed for use by staff of client organizations only. In these forums, members can discuss issues related to preparedness for JCI accreditation. They can also learn tactics and strategies used by our highly knowledgeable and experienced consultants to help other clients achieve and maintain accreditation quickly and with the minimum amount of resources. We believe that these forums will facilitate communication, both internally and with our consultants, and thus help bring organizations to the expected levels of performance in a quicker time frame.
The idea of having private and secure organization-specific online forums to discuss JCI accreditation is unique, not only in Asia but also the rest of the world. Furthermore, these forums are moderated by experts in JCI accreditation, who are able to address client issues quickly and effectively.
CPHQ Certification Forums
The CPHQ forums, like the JCI Accreditation Forums, will allow persons preparing for the CPHQ examination to discuss questions and issues. We will also facilitate the discussion of actual or mock/sample CPHQ examination questions.
At this stage, only private students and other special guests will be granted access to the forums, which are moderated by leading healthcare consultant and CPHQ coach Dr Andy Teh.
Although other (highly disorganized) discussion threads on CPHQ exam preparation may be found elsewhere, no forum website dedicated to CPHQ certification, moderated by a renowned CPHQ trainer and coach, exists anywhere else on the Internet.
Our forums are hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) that is owned by Teh & Associates and managed by a capable team to ensure security and reliability. We adopt industry best practices in protecting the data contained in the forums.
